Each chapter is dedicated to a different character and is a little story unto itself. Some are hysterical. Some are sad. All are good. (Illustrations by Randy Palmer). The paperback version is $12.99 while the Kindle version is $3.99. I’m a total cheap ass and got the Kindle version, so don’t feel bad if that’s what you want to do.

Scarecrows: A DANDY World (Volume 1)

I’m not a Science Fiction fan, but this futuristic-themed, artificial life-like story set in downtown Los Angeles had crossover appeal. I don’t like it when you have to learn a bunch of new alien species and planet names and this didn’t have any of that so it was easy to get into. With engaging characters and poignant themes, I look forward to reading the 2nd in this trilogy when it comes out. And get this:
