I am willing to participate in publicity campaigns if it fits within the context of this blog. What do I mean by that? An excellent question - I’m glad you asked.

Reviews

I can review just about any product/event/thing as long as you’re okay with humor and sincerity. You don’t get to write the content, I do. I will not, however, publish anything you find offensive; you need to be happy with what I say, but so do I. I think I know the readers of NGIP better than you and in my humble opinion, they do not want to see: “This product is the best. Go out and buy it right now.” That’s not very funny, is it?

Keep in mind, if I do write something about your “thing”, whatever it is, it will be a carefully balanced piece between reviewing your product AND entertaining my audience. Which means a whole lot more effort went into composing the darn thing. Which also means that people are more likely to remember it.

Giveaways

NGIP is happy to host giveaways for items exceeding $100 in value (like when I did that Rachael Ray Cookware Set giveaway. Twice.) Anything worth less than that will take some convincing, like throwing in a lunch with Johnny Depp or something. I would give away a toothpick in a paper bag if you set me up like that.

Interviews

I like doing ‘em and people like readin’ ‘em. I’m not out to embarrass the interviewee, but I am hoping he or she is a good sport for me to throw a few silly questions out there. Again, for the sake of humor. For an example of my interviews, you can read my interview with Emmy Award Winner and television writer Russ Woody, or my interview with Zen Surfer Jaimal Yogis. Or my interview with author and Academy Award Nominee Quinn Cummings. Oh sure, I interviewed Uma Thurman and Anthony Edwards, but those weren’t really one-on-ones.
